I have always asked my husband about getting rid of our cable since we only get limited channels. We even have to pay for the TV guide channel which is disappointing. We dread the extra cost. Now what I am basically getting at is that if we have a satellite dish we would have more channels plus the extra channels coming from my homeland. It would be nice if we get to switch to Dish Network because then I would want to watch TV more often. The only thing that stops my husband from totally agreeing with me about getting a satellite is that he doesn't want any more holes on our house. The installation could destroy our house and that is holding us back at the moment. We are really contemplating about what to do-that is as far as my husband is concerned. I am already sold on the idea that DIRECTV packages offer way more channels than we can ever ask for including channels from my homeland. No comparison to cables, and I don't mind paying extra if it means I benefit. I would like to be updated about what is happening back home. So, of course, when I decide to visit home someday I am more aware of how things are and what's new. Anyway, if we do decide to get a satellite I learned that there are service options for satellite television subscribers. I found out about those options through the TV service guide which is helpful for people like us who are thinking about getting a satellite. That is great!

Let's re-imagine wool clothing
This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Ramblers Way. All opinions are 100% mine.
Now I am reminded of what happened when I threw my wool sweater in the washer. Wow! It shrunk...LOL! My husband warned me about it beforehand but I didn't listen. I was persistent because I was thinking that if it shrinks maybe it will fit me then. But no, it shrunk so bad that my baby could wear it...LOL! Really I was shocked to see how small it came out. How disappointing to see my adored sweater destroyed. I learned my lesson, of course, after that, which makes me apprehensive about buying any more wool sweaters if I could not wash them. However, I discovered a website featuring wool clothing that are washable and comfortable. Indeed because the company that makes them has the technology to develop soft, light weight wool clothing. So wow, I don't have to avoid buying wool clothing anymore since I know where I can get the kinds that are not itchy and uncomfortable to wear. Feeling itchy is what used to bother me when I wear a wool sweater. My children are not fond of wearing wool clothing for the same reason. Also I don't care for clothing that are not washable. I am just not willing to spend the money for dry-cleaning nor do I have the time to go through all the hassles involved. Well, anyway, isn't that nice to hear that wool clothing can be washed and can be worn without feeling itchy or uncomfortable? That is a relief because I do love wool clothing. In fact I have some that I keep for special occasions because they are precious and delicate; very soft on my skin and quiet comfortable to wear. I must say wool makes some of the best materials to use for clothing since wool breathes well and is natural.

Will try to sell of my goodies
Shopping till I drop. So ok, that is what happens to me. I can hardly save any money because I always spend money. Now I have lotsa things to get rid of. I am thinking about selling some of my fancy stuff; designers. I could make money off them. Plus I could use the extra money now that I quit my job. I am jobless at the moment which is not good for me. I love having extra money. I love shopping. Ouch! It's going to hurt quite a bit...LOL! I am hoping I can start selling soon. They are fancy enough for people to go "gaga-gogo". I pick such neat things when I shop. Lovely attires and talk about classy stuff. Somebody is going to look good. I have leather goods as well. Leather is sought after since it is durable. I think I will post the pictures of the items I plan to sell. That is just so you can drool on them...ah...just kidding! You can make an offer if you wish. Buy if off my eBay store.

I am back!!!
Long time no see here. Wow! I let months passed by without bragging...LOL! Just kidding aside, peeps. Anyway, I am a shopaholic, which is why I can hardly save any money. Well, one of these days, I have got to keep a hold of myself and save up for the rainy days. I bought lots of stuff that I wanted. I have been wanting to buy clothes that I couldn't really afford before. It's not that I am buying designer's now but I am buying the things I used to only wish I could have. Now that I have a job; I can say life is even better. Life is treating me well and I am enjoying my time working. My co-workers are fun and I enjoy their company. Ok, this is all for now. I think I just want to make a short update here.

Into playing the Shaiya game
I left this blog in hiatus for a while as I got hooked on playing an online game called Shaiya. My sister and brother in law introduced it to me and now the three of us are fanatic gamers. I have met some people from my homeland playing there and I find it interesting. There are so many players from basically all over the world. So, I do have fun because I get to chat with them as well. My sister and I even chat live while playing through a more like an intercom program that can be downloaded online that is called Ventrillo. As for my other siblings, my brothers are playing, too. We talk live while playing on Yahoo Messenger, which is pretty awesome! The game can be addicting though if you have an addictive personality...sorta like I...LOL! You have to set your limits otherwise you'll be addicted and be sitting all day and night...and that can be bad for your health. I have to get a hold of myself and make sure I exercise and be fit. Being a couch potato is no good. Okay, this is all for now. I thought I'd jot down a bit...taking a peek here.

Rimmel Sexy Curves Mascara
I was EC dropping some time ago and it just so happened that one of the blogs I came upon had a contest on the latest Rimmel Sexy Curves Mascara, and you know I won it! How nice and I am so glad I was chosen to be the winner. Well, anyway for those of you who may be wondering who held the contest, I urge you to visit Aurora's "My Beauty And Fashion" blog (thanks a bunch, Aurora!). She might have another contest and you just never know that you will be the next winner.
Now as for what I think about the Rimmel Sexy Curves Mascara, I would say that it works just swell. What I mean is that it lengthens my lashes a bit and it separates my lashes nicely because it has a nice tip. It is also odorless, which is a plus for me since I can't stand wearing anything that smells. I would definitely recommend it to other women who love wearing a mascara to define their lashes. Everybody should give it a try anyway. It is something new for a change because it is uniquely designed to fit every girl's need. Indeed it is what a girl would want.

Just rambling about random things
I am predicting that most of our summer time will be spent just being in our house. My, it will be boring. However, I will try to ride my bike often and go shopping at the nearest stores. I get bored so easily and it's a good thing we live close to everything here. That is the advantage with living in the heart of the city...especially for me since I am not mobile yet. What I mean is that I don't drive just yet and it is convenient that I can ride my bike for now. I have got to get going with saving money and perhaps when I have enough, I can enroll in a driving school and be able to get my own car someday. I can't wait to have that kind of freedom. Freedom for me is when I am able to go anywhere and anytime I wish to go to. So, that is one of the goals that I have and I am hoping I can make it happen soon enough. I need to also keep trying with getting a job. It's been frustrating for me because I applied and applied and so far I received no call for a job at all. The economy, of course, is not helping. I will just have to be patient.
